Bia makes Growald Climate Fund’s executive team a stronger and more effective body by supporting the CEO, Chief of Staff, and board of directors. She prepares briefing materials and correspondence, manages the administrative logistics of board meetings, and arranges travel for Growald’s CEO.

Prior to Growald, Bia served as an administrative specialist at Park Square Executive Search, where she assisted with search-related logistics in the biotech and higher-education recruiting industries for C-suite executives around the world. Before Park Square, Bia was an associate producer at Magnetic Arts, LLC, a boutique film production company in New York founded by an Emmy Award-winning executive producer. As a student, Bia served as the president of NYU's Second Street Hall Council for one year and regularly volunteered with NYU's Inter-Residence Hall Council in this position. 

Bia holds a bachelor’s degree in theater from New York University Tisch School of the Arts and still actively pursues acting roles in her free time, both on screen and on stage. After a three-year hiatus caused by the pandemic, she recently signed with WSM Talent, a leading talent agency based in Boston, for East Coast representation.
